My home water looks fine. Do I still need an outdoor filter? +
Clear water does not always mean clean water. Sediment, rust and impurities may not be visible to the eye. An outdoor filter helps protect your home water supply before it reaches your taps.
What is the difference between Prime X3 and an indoor water purifier? +
An indoor water purifier usually filters water at one point, commonly the kitchen. Prime X3 is installed at the main water entry point, so water used for bathing, washing, cleaning and cooking is filtered before entering the home.
Can I install it if I am renting a house? +
Prime X3 is installed at the main pipeline and may be movable, but the location, drain outlet and permission from the owner or management must be confirmed first.
How much is the rental and outright price? +
The rental promo is RM12/month for the first 6 months, then RM88/month until month 60. The outright promo price is RM2,100, normal price RM2,600. Pricing is subject to current promotion terms.
How often does it need service and flushing? +
CUCKOO+ Care Service is scheduled every 6 months. For Prime-X Flush, it is recommended to flush manually at least once a month for about 10 minutes. Automated flushing runs automatically according to the timer.
Can it be used for well water or underground water? +
Prime X3 is suitable for homes using government water supply. Other water sources require further checking before confirmation.
Will water pressure become lower? +
Water pressure may reduce slightly during filtration. That is why checking water pressure and main pipe location is important before installation.
How long does installation take? +
Installation is handled by CUCKOO technicians. The time required depends on pipe location, piping distance and accessories needed.
