Keep Your CUCKOO Product Clean, Safe & Well Maintained
CUCKOO+ Care Service is a scheduled service package by CUCKOO to help maintain your product properly. Depending on the product category, the service may include filter replacement, cleaning, sterilisation, function checks and performance testing.
For water purifiers and air purifiers, regular service focuses on filter care, machine cleaning and key function checks. For outdoor filters and induction hobs, the service focuses more on cleaning, performance checking, safety inspection and product maintenance.
Water Purifier
Water Purifier CUCKOO+ Care Service
CUCKOO water purifier service helps keep your drinking water system clean, the water flow smooth and the machine working properly. During service, filters are replaced according to schedule, the tank and faucet are sterilised, and key components are checked by the CUCKOO service team.

Outdoor Water Filter CUCKOO+ Care Service
CUCKOO outdoor filter service helps maintain water filtration performance for your home. During service, the system will be flushed, the filter and casing cleaned, the auto timer checked and water performance tested.
🔁 Frequency: Every 6 months
📅 Estimated: 2 times per year
✔️ Focus: System flushing, filter cleaning, leakage test and performance test.
What is included in the service
- ✓ Water source turned off and system flushed
- ✓ Filter soaked in Natural POE Cleanser for 3–5 minutes
- ✓ Casing and filter cleaned
- ✓ Auto timer battery replaced and reinstalled
- ✓ Leakage test on connection and multiport valve
- ✓ Outdoor filter surface cleaned using Natural POE Polisher
- ✓ Performance test by letting water run for 3–5 minutes
Note: For Outdoor Water Filter, filter replacement depends on the CUCKOO+ Care Service Package purchased. Filter replacement is usually arranged in the following month after purchasing a new service package.

CUCKOO induction hob service helps keep the hob surface clean, the touch panel responsive and the heating function working properly. This service is suitable for maintaining the hob so it stays cleaner, safer and more reliable for daily use.

📅 Estimated: 3 times per year
✔️ Focus: Induction hob cleaning, temperature check, touch panel inspection and 8-point check.
What is included in the service
- ✓ Stubborn stains on the glass surface cleaned using a scraper
- ✓ Hob surface wiped using induction cleaner
- ✓ Temperature of all crater / burner zones checked
- ✓ Touch sensor, touch panel and on/off button checked
- ✓ Power plug checked
- ✓ Selected cookware such as pot may be sterilised during service
- ✓ Service card updated after service
