Under sink installation only requires a few basic preparations. You may also send us photos of your kitchen and sink area on WhatsApp so we can help check suitability before booking.
1 On the Countertop
28mm Faucet Hole
- A 28mm faucet hole is required on the countertop.
- Maximum table top thickness is 50mm.
- The faucet hole should not be too close to the sink or counter edge.
2 Under the Sink
Suitable Drainage
- A suitable under sink drainage point is required (wall / solid / floor).
- Flexible drain pipe is not allowed.
3 Waterproof
13A Plug Point
- A 13A heavy-duty double-head plug point is required.
- A waterproof cover is required.
- Recommended at least 450mm from the cabinet floor.
- A separate MCB is recommended, not shared with other appliances.
