Hi everyone. If you are currently in the process of moving to a new house or office and need to reinstall your Cuckoo product, how do you go about it? Furthermore, are there any fees involved in this relocation process?
Since Cuckoo now offers multiple product categories, I have organized this guide based on the specific type of product you wish to relocate.
⚠️ Attention: This information is applicable ONLY to customers with an active Cuckoo contract or warranty. If your warranty period has expired, this information does not apply to you.
0 – Planning to Move? Contact Cuckoo First
The most critical step before moving your Cuckoo product to a new location is to inform Cuckoo regarding the relocation. This applies even if the product is something you can install yourself (such as air purifiers, mattresses, etc.).
Why? This ensures your service records are updated, making it easier for Cuckoo to visit your new premise for scheduled servicing or troubleshooting if issues arise.
If your address is not updated, Cuckoo will assume your product is still at the old location, which may disrupt your service schedule.

For the relocation process, you may also contact the specific agent from whom you purchased the product.
Question: Who is responsible for transporting the product to the new location? Answer: Generally, customers are responsible for transporting the products themselves. However, you must still notify Cuckoo prior to the move.
1 – Water and Air Purifiers
To relocate water and air purifiers, you simply need to contact Cuckoo to arrange the transfer.
There is no fee for dismantling and reinstallation at the new location. This service is Free of Charge (FOC) once a year.
Who will dismantle the unit?
- A) A Cuckoo Technician.
- B) You (the customer) may also dismantle the unit yourself (DIY).
However, for reinstallation, it MUST be done by a Cuckoo Technician.
The Process: Contact Cuckoo at 1-800-88-8181. Cuckoo will arrange for a technician to come to your current home to dismantle the machine. Then, on the installation day, a technician will be sent to your new home to install it.
Important: You must transport the dismantled product to the new house yourself. Cuckoo does not provide transportation services for the unit.
As mentioned above, you must also update Cuckoo regarding your new address for Air Purifiers.
2 – Cuckoo Mattresses, Washing Machines, Treadmills & Massage Chairs
For items such as Mattresses, Washing Machines, Treadmills, and Massage Chairs, the customer is responsible for moving these items during the relocation. You only need to inform Cuckoo beforehand.
Crucial Note: Especially for Massage Chairs & Washing Machines, please inform Cuckoo before moving them to receive specific instructions on how to handle the move safely. Failure to do so may put your warranty at risk of being voided.

- Bespoke Massage Lounger

- Cuckoo B-Fit Treadmill
3 – Cuckoo Air Conditioners
For Cuckoo Air Conditioners, the relocation process is as follows:
- Contact Cuckoo to request a relocation: 1-800-88-8181 or email [email protected]
- Cuckoo will contact you to schedule a date and time to dismantle the air conditioner at your old house.
- Reinstallation at the new house will be done on a different day.
- Important: The customer must transport the air conditioner unit to the new location themselves.
Unlike the products mentioned earlier, relocating an air conditioner involves dismantling and reinstallation costs.
Estimated Relocation Costs for Cuckoo Air Conditioners:
- Dismantle: Around RM100
- Reinstallation: Around RM250
Potential Additional Costs: If the copper piping or wiring exceeds 10 feet, or if there is no power socket for the air conditioner in the new room, additional installation charges may apply.
Note: The costs stated above are standard market rates for air conditioner relocation services.
IMPORTANT! Reinstallation MUST be performed by Cuckoo’s authorized team only. It cannot be done by third-party contractors or personally. If you use an outside party, your Cuckoo Air Conditioner warranty could be voided immediately.
