Basic Sales Commission
Your commission depends on how many units are sold and installed in the same month:
- 1–4 units: RM300/unit
- 5–9 units: RM350/unit
- 10–14 units: RM450/unit
- 15+ units: RM500/unit
Example: Sell 5 units → 5 x RM350 = RM1,750 commission.
Cuckoo Morning Meeting (CMM) Incentive (Not Compulsary)
Attend CMM every Tuesday & Friday at your nearest Training Hub and earn extra incentives:
- 3 units → +RM200
- 6 units → +RM400
- 10 units → +RM700
- 15 units → +RM1,000
❗ Please take note that if you sell Cuckoo products but don’t attend CMM, you only get the sales commission withot the CMM incentive.

Key Notes
- This is only a simulation. Even if you are already working, you can earn full-time level income selling part-time.
- Commission is counted based on units installed, not just units ordered.
When is Commission Counted?
Commission is calculated only when the units are installed within the same month.
Even though the order is made on the same month, but if the installation is in the next month then the sales is counted as “Net” on the next month.
Example Situations:
- Scenario 1: You close 10 units in August, and all 10 units are installed in August -> Full commission counted in August.
- Scenario 2: You close 10 units in August, but only 8 units are installed in August -> Commission in August is only for 8 units. The remaining 2 units are counted in September.
